Revisiting the Party Membership Oath and Establishing the “Wei Dou” Alliance to Conduct Environmental Inspections

2020-07-22

To fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of Party members and cadres in the creation of the 5A scenic area, and to educate and guide them in inheriting and carrying forward the Party’s fine traditions and work style, on July 22, the temporary Party branch of the Office for the Creation of the Lushan Xihai 5A Scenic Area organized all Party members and cadres to revisit their oath of joining the Party.

Before the solemn and dignified Party flag, all Party members and cadres raised their right fists and solemnly swore to the Party with resolute words, expressing their loyalty and devotion. The Party members unanimously pledged to consciously strengthen their Party spirit, strictly regulate their conduct as Party members, firmly uphold their ideals and convictions, fully play their role as pioneers and role models, stay committed to their posts, emphasize practical work, enhance execution, ensure effective implementation, focus precisely on key areas, build consensus, overcome difficulties, and demonstrate their loyalty to the Party through concrete actions. They will contribute their utmost to building a 5A-level organization and faithfully fulfill the original aspirations and mission of a Communist Party member.

On that day, the promotion conference for the Lushan West Sea Scenic Area’s 5A-level WeChat official account and Douyin matrix alliance was held at the 5A Creation Office, with the participation of 17 tourism-related organizations. Supported by the WeChat public platforms and Douyin accounts of various units within the scenic area and tourism enterprises, this initiative integrates and optimizes internal promotional resources to establish the Lushan West Sea 5A-Level WeChat-Douyin Promotion Alliance. The goal is to create a synergistic promotional effect across the entire region—starting from specific points and spreading outward—to enhance the appeal and influence of the 5A-level scenic area’s promotional efforts.

Furthermore, from July 21 to 22, the 5A Scenic Area Development Office invited a team of experts from the Jiangxi Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences to conduct an environmental inspection following the flood season. Relevant departments of the scenic area and heads of townships attended the inspection. The inspection team conducted on-site assessments of various water bodies—including ponds and canals—within the jurisdiction to evaluate their post-flood management status. They put forward corrective recommendations addressing issues such as soil erosion, debris left by floods, and poor water quality in certain bay areas. Moving forward, the scenic area will focus on “key areas,” strengthen “weak links,” and highlight “outstanding achievements” to advance water environment management, address shortcomings and weaknesses, enhance the ecological profile of Xihai, and ensure that Lushan Xihai is successfully developed into a national 5A-level scenic area.
