Zhelin Town, Xihai Lake, Lushan: “Improvement of Living Environment” Boosts 5A Scenic Area Development

To continuously advance the efforts to elevate the Lushan Xihai Scenic Area’s bid for the national 5A designation, Zhenzhelin Town has recently adopted a variety of measures, pooling the town’s collective strength to steadily push forward the improvement of living environments, thereby accelerating the pace of this work and gradually bringing it into a “white-hot” phase.

First, we will strengthen organizational leadership. We will promptly convey the spirit of the 5A Scenic Area Creation Office meeting to all villages (and residential communities), emphasizing the need for extensive publicity about the 5A initiative and solid implementation of improvements to living environments, thereby fostering a positive atmosphere in which every corner is a scenic area and everyone serves as an ambassador of the area’s image.

Second, we will intensify our publicity efforts. We will set up 5A-themed promotional banners at major intersections in each village and residential community. Travel-related businesses, hotels, and farm stays within our jurisdiction will display the 5A slogan continuously on their electronic screens every day, creating an atmosphere in which “everyone is a promoter” and fostering a sense of “everyone is an ambassador.”

Third, we will continue to carry out the “Clean Home” initiative and evaluation. We will adhere to a monthly assessment schedule, organizing village (community) officials to systematically inspect—item by item—garbage in front and behind each household’s yard, at alley entrances, along corridors, and in public areas. Each item will be assessed and graded individually, and the results of these assessments will be publicly announced.
