　　On June 18, the Lushan West Sea Scenic Area, China Electric Engineering Construction Corporation Jiangxi Hydroelectric Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., and Jiangxi Lushan West Sea Shanyue Health and Wellness Industry Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony for their cooperative development of the Zelin Old Town Food and Cultural Creativity Park project.

　　Chen Jitian, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal Government and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Lushan West Sea Scenic Area, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. Zheng Qinghua, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Scenic Area and Director of the Management Committee, Xiong Jianghua, General Manager of China Gezhouba Group Jiangxi Hydroelectric Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., and Yang Jun, Chairman of Jiangxi Lushan West Sea Shanyue Health and Wellness Industry Co., Ltd., also attended the ceremony and signed the project agreement. Zou Xiufeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Scenic Area, and a representative from Xi'an Jinshang Tianhua Design Company were also present.

　　In his speech, Chen Jitian stated that the Party Committee and Management Committee of the Lushan Xihai Scenic Area will always adhere to the working philosophy of “Everything for the project, everything for the enterprise, and everything for the tourists.” They will establish a dedicated team, honor their contractual commitments, implement supportive measures, and strengthen service guarantees to ensure that the project progresses smoothly without any interference or lingering concerns. He expressed hope that project companies such as China Gezhouba Group and Shanyue Health & Wellness Industry Co., Ltd. will accelerate operations, speed up construction, and begin operations on schedule, thereby making greater contributions to the development of Lushan Xihai and enabling their own enterprises to reach new heights.

　　It is understood that the Zhelin Old Town Food and Cultural Creativity Park project, from the perspective of Lushan Xihai’s development goal—to establish a national 5A-level scenic area and build a world-class tourism and vacation destination—integrates the development and construction of Zhelin Old Town with the scenic area. The project covers a total planned area of approximately 161 mu and includes six major functional zones: snacks, commerce, internet-famous attractions, performing arts, culture, and leisure. Among these, the main food city will have a building area of about 30,000 square meters, creating a first-class, uniquely distinctive dining and accommodation district that combines eating, lodging, sightseeing, and entertainment. Construction of the project is expected to begin in August 2020, with a trial operation scheduled for April 2021 and official opening on May 1. The project is projected to welcome 2 million visitors in its first year.
