Li Xiaoping said that the effort to develop Lushan Xihai into a 5A-level scenic area has overcome numerous challenges and achieved remarkable results. He expressed the municipal Party committee and municipal government’s condolences, recognition, and gratitude to everyone. He pointed out that... As we approach a critical juncture and face significant challenges, we must adopt the same fighting spirit and high standards that characterized our efforts to sprint toward National Day, welcome the Golden Week, and secure the decisive victory in our bid for 5A status. We need to coordinate and effectively carry out tasks such as epidemic prevention and control, project advancement, tourism reception, and tourism safety.

Li Xiaoping requested that, First, the pace needs to be further accelerated. We must overcome all adverse factors and make thorough logistical preparations—including personnel, safety, materials, and equipment—while strictly adhering to the established timelines and ensuring efficient implementation. Second, the quality needs to be further enhanced. We must strive for excellence, delivering high-quality projects and ensuring integrity in every endeavor. From the perspective of tourists, we should scientifically and rationally optimize planning and design, paying meticulous attention to details and making significant improvements in even the smallest aspects—thereby genuinely enhancing tourists’ comfort, engagement, and satisfaction. Third, the contingency plans need to be further refined and fully prepared. We must fully consider potential issues related to National Day tourism routes, transportation, food, accommodation, and other aspects. We should develop comprehensive contingency plans for tourism reception, tourism safety, and emergency response to ensure that the achievements of our efforts are put to the test by the market and evaluated by tourists.
