The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the 17th Plenary Session (Expanded) of the 11th Municipal Party Committee. The meeting emphasized that the 17th Plenary Session (Expanded) of the 11th Municipal Party Committee is highly consistent with and closely linked to the spirit of the Provincial Party Committee’s plenary session, serving as a powerful tool for effectively carrying out various tasks during the period of regular epidemic prevention and control. It has laid out comprehensive arrangements and systematic plans for coordinating epidemic prevention and control with economic and social development in the future. All sectors across the region must promptly launch a vigorous learning campaign, carefully plan and organize activities, adopt diverse approaches, and thoroughly implement the spirit of the Municipal Party Committee’s plenary session. We must earnestly focus on the “Six Stabilities” and “Six Guarantees” initiatives, ensure the successful completion of all annual targets and tasks, and strive vigorously to achieve dual victories in both epidemic prevention and control and economic development.

We must resolutely win the three major battles, and comprehensively ensure security in political, economic, social, and ecological fields. We must earnestly carry out post-flood reconstruction work, continuously safeguard and improve people’s livelihoods, and steadily enhance the sense of happiness and satisfaction among the general public. We should steadily promote institutional reforms and the creation of 5A-level scenic areas, persistently transform our working style, forge ahead with determination and take responsibility courageously, and relentlessly ensure effective implementation, thus continuously opening up a new chapter of high-quality, leapfrog development for the scenic area.

The meeting conveyed and studied the important instructions delivered by Mayor Xie Lai Fa during his field inspection of the scenic area. The meeting pointed out that the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government attach great importance to the 5A-level accreditation effort and have provided substantial support. All sectors across the region must earnestly align their thinking, enhance their overall awareness, and stay firmly focused on the target requirements. Taking the 5A accreditation as the key driver, we must seize opportunities, pool our collective wisdom and efforts, and make every minute count. We need to continuously strengthen our sense of mission and responsibility, demonstrating the high-quality capabilities of our cadres in proactively providing services and overcoming difficulties. By doing so, we can ensure the smooth advancement of major projects with high quality and stringent standards, and wholeheartedly elevate the region’s tourism work to a new level while building a strong and renowned brand.

The meeting conveyed and studied the spirit of the city-wide video and teleconference on the ban and withdrawal of fishing in key waterways. The meeting emphasized that all sectors across the district must clearly recognize the complexity and importance of the ban and withdrawal of fishing, strictly implement the regularized management mechanism, carefully select and strengthen the law enforcement teams, actively carry out concentrated, comprehensive crackdowns on illegal activities, and make every effort to properly arrange for fishermen’s resettlement, employment, and production after they come ashore. Furthermore, the meeting called for deepening publicity and mobilization efforts to effectively enhance public awareness and initiative, ensuring that we can “withdraw successfully, enforce the ban rigorously, and ensure stable livelihoods.”
