On the afternoon of October 31, the Yijiahe event venue will also host the Lushan Xihai Fish Head Cooking Competition. Twenty renowned chefs from across the country will compete live, preparing a 6-jin (approximately 3 kg) Xihai fish head within just one hour! In addition to enjoying a visual feast, attendees will also get to savor the delicious dishes straight off the stove—freshly baked and ready to be tasted!
