Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Exhibition—featuring Jiangxi’s signature delicacies! West Sea Fish Head Cooking Competition
On the afternoon of October 31, the Yijiahe event venue will also host the Lushan Xihai Fish Head Cooking Competition. Twenty renowned chefs from across the country will compete live, preparing a 6-jin (approximately 3 kg) Xihai fish head within just one hour! In addition to enjoying a visual feast, attendees will also get to savor the delicious dishes straight off the stove—freshly baked and ready to be tasted!
