On July 27, Li Xiaoping, the deputy mayor of the municipal government, went to Lushan Xihai to investigate the progress of the 5A establishment. Chen Jitian, member of the municipal government party group and secretary of the scenic spot party committee, Zheng Qinghua, deputy secretary of the party committee and director of the management committee, and Zou Xiufeng, deputy secretary of the party committee, accompanied him.

During the investigation, Li Xiaoping and his entourage successively inspected Meitang Expressway exit toll station renovation, Meizhe line renovation and upgrading, 5A creation environmental improvement project, island renovation and other projects. Everywhere he went, Li Xiaoping had a detailed understanding of the overall project layout, construction progress and Follow-up development. In the 5A Creation Office, Li Xiaoping listened to reports on the progress, measures, results and next work plan of the establishment, and discussed and resolved the difficulties and problems in the progress on the spot.

Li Xiaoping pointed out that we must follow the steps of "integrated design and phased construction" to do a good job in scenic project construction, meticulously construct, and actively promote; we must check the timing, the project progress, the safety and quality, and strengthen the tasks. Implement, make use of superior resources, and improve the level of creation; brand promotion should be the core, external promotion slogans and positioning should be determined as soon as possible, marketing should be strengthened, and influence should be strengthened; the internal and external work of the scenic spot should be organically unified, and resources should be integrated and improved. Infrastructure construction, organically link up the project progress and acceptance time, and resolutely win the 5A creation battle with the determination and will to attack the city.
