[Notice] The Lushan Xihai Rafting Tour will have visitor limits starting August 13.

Lushan West Sea Rafting Limited Capacity on August 13.

Notice

Recently, due to consecutive days of drought and an excessive number of tourists visiting the scenic area, the reservoir at Lushan Xihai Rafting has insufficient water levels. To make rational use of water resources and maximize satisfaction of tourists’ summer rafting needs, the scenic area has decided—after careful consideration—to adjust the rafting schedule once again and implement flow restrictions on rafting activities. The specific details are as follows:

The rafting tour will begin at 3:00 p.m. on August 13. The maximum number of participants is limited to 300. Visitors must line up to purchase (and collect) their tickets. Once the maximum capacity is reached, ticket sales and collection will be closed, and rafting will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Currently, meteorological personnel have been stationed on-site to monitor weather conditions and carry out artificial rainfall operations as needed. The scenic area will resume normal rafting activities once the reservoir has accumulated sufficient water. Specific details will be announced separately by the scenic area. All visitors are kindly requested to closely follow official announcements posted on WeChat public accounts such as Lushan Xihai Release, Lushan Xihai, and Lushan Xihai Jiangjunxia Scenic Area. The glass skywalk and the Wuwang Valley Scenic Area within the park remain open to the public as usual. For inquiries, please call 400-8451618.
