How should Mengsheng Wharf be developed? What types of businesses should be included in its layout? How can we achieve coordinated development among the Zhe Lin Old Town Food & Cultural Creative Park, Mengsheng Wharf, and Sima Wharf? Tourism development has always been a key focus for Secretary Ji. On March 26, Chen Jitian, member of the Municipal Government Party Group and Party Secretary of the Scenic Area, visited the Sima Tourist Center once again to review the design and planning progress of the Mengsheng Wharf and hotel complex projects. Attending the meeting were Zou Xiufeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee; Wang Huiyou, Third-Level Researcher of the Management Committee; Li Yuanqing, Member of the Party Working Committee and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection; Lan Zhichun, Deputy Director of the Management Committee, along with heads of relevant departments.

The project designer provided a detailed briefing on the proposed plan. After gaining a thorough understanding of the design details, Chen Jitian remarked that, from an overall planning perspective, the project boasts aesthetic appeal, distinctive character, a strong sense of atmosphere, and refined taste. Its immersive design aligns perfectly with the goal of developing the scenic area into a world-class tourist attraction and resort.
