At the Sima and Jin Kou Visitor Service Centers, a festive and joyous atmosphere prevails, with visitors coming and going, immersed in an ocean of happiness and harmony. Chen Jitian carefully inquired about the status of epidemic prevention and control, the number of visitors allowed into the park, ticket prices for scenic areas, and service support measures. He emphasized that we must remain vigilant in epidemic prevention and control, firmly uphold safety responsibilities, refine all prevention and control measures, and rigorously enforce relevant regulations throughout the entire process—from start to finish—in monitoring and managing epidemic prevention at scenic spots. Furthermore, we need to step up efforts in maintaining visitor order and enhancing service quality, earning positive word-of-mouth from tourists through high-quality services and establishing a strong brand and favorable image for the scenic area’s tourism development.

Chen Jitian entered the Smart Tourism Command Center, inquired about the operational status of the smart system, and meticulously examined real-time conditions at various locations—including parking lots, lobbies, docks, and islands—by accessing live footage. He instructed that the platform’s construction should be further accelerated, with close monitoring of key areas and critical nodes such as crowded tourist sites and waterfront zones through on-site inspections and firsthand observations. Moreover, he emphasized the need to rationally deploy facilities and equipment and scientifically arrange surveillance camera views, thereby achieving the smart platform’s goals of real-time alerts, full coverage, and comprehensive awareness.

How’s the business operation going? How much food and beverage has been sold? What are the tourists’ reviews? Chen Jitian boarded a boat to the island, conducted an on-site inspection of the tourism situation, and had friendly conversations with local merchants. He emphasized that we must continue to combine quality improvement with strengthened regulation, actively carry out questionnaire surveys to gather tourists’ feedback, and always keep tourists’ safety, comfort, and satisfaction as our top priorities. We should earnestly enhance the island’s business offerings, optimize the sanitary environment, and intensify inspections of the tourism market. By doing so, we can strive to create a safe and healthy tourism environment, enabling tourists to enjoy high-quality travel experiences and continuously boosting the scenic area’s reputation.
