Yijiahe, a National Model Village for Rural Tourism: A National Civilized Village and Town, a National Demonstration Village for the “One Village, One Product” Initiative, a Model Village for Rural Tourism in China, and a AAAA-rated rural tourism destination, known as the “Hometown of Citrus” and the “Hometown of Longevity,” this village is famous for its abundant citrus production. The Yijiahe citrus fruits are renowned for their thin peel, abundant juice, seedlessness, delicate fragrance, and sweet taste; they have even won a national gold award and been recognized as one of China’s Famous Fruits. Yijiahe Village has hosted the Golden Autumn Citrus Picking Festival for 13 consecutive years and has become a signature village for distinctive leisure tourism that integrates agriculture with tourism. On average, it welcomes 500,000 visitors annually.
